If it happens consistently you are obviously suffering from panic attacks which by the way is a very common thing, and must be treated by the care of a doctor. Also if you are taking any type of diet s or are sensitive to caffeine, this could also be contributing to your heart palputations. Don't think this will go away on it's own, it won't. I have had them myself and come from a family with a history of different phyciatric disorders. Please do yourself a favor and get to a doctor!
  • Go to the hospital instead of playing on the computer. Or dail 911
  • You need to see a doctor who may put you on warfarin which may help regulate your rhythm. it could be to do with your blood pressure or stress. best to get checked out

  • There is no cure man. Prepare for a heart attack
  • Exercise is a very good way to stop the palpitations. Bring your heart rate up when you exercise. Exercise releases anxiety. Be sure to hydrate
